This is one of my own visualisations, originally done for a Class on site

….. take a few deep breaths to centre yourselves and we will begin our journey...

... we see in front of us a wonderfully decorated gypsy caravan ... i want you all to climb aboard and find a nice comfy seat on all of the cushions inside, once youre all settled we can be off ... as we look out of the windows we see that we are slowly going along a winding country lane and we can hear the clip clop of the horses hooves and the birds chirping in the trees, the sun is shining but its not too hot cause theres a nice breeze blowing ...

... we all kick off our shoes and settle down even deeper into our pillows and listen to the drivers mate as he plays his guitar, a lovely soft irish melody to relax us and send our minds off into higher realms...

... we can smell the scent of the flowers as we pass them by and the drivers mate jumps off and grabbed a flower each for one of us ... how gallant ... smell your flowers and keep them with you as the caravan pulls into a meadow and we all climb down to take a look around ... theres a little tiny stream running beside the meadow and some of us take off our shoes for a paddle...

.... the driver and his mate come round the side of the caravan and they are carrying a picnic basket ... they spread out large blankets on the grass and everyone helps to spread out the picnic ... as we sit and enjoy the picnic the drivers mate strums away on his guitar and we chat and laff ...

... we decide that we are all going to hold hands and meditate for a while ... we all close our eyes and listen to the music of the guitar and try to concentrate just on that and whilst we are concentrating images will come to mind and we remember those images so that we can discover the meaning of them at a later time ....

... when we open our eyes again we smile at each other cause we feel just wonderful now and we reluctantly let go off each others hands and start to stretch a little ... we notice that evening is coming on and its time to pack up our picnic and climb back aboard the gypsy caravan...

... the driver takes us for a slow walk around the meadow before we turn back into the lane and we are now all feeling nice and mellow and lounging back on the pillows - some are chatting quietly - others are dozing and all the time we can hear the gentle clip clop of the horses and the rhythm of the guitar...

... now as we pull up at the point where we began our journey we all reluctantly clamber down taking with us our flowers
and our bits of the picnic - the driver and his mate come round to help us down and we wave them off now and thank them for the journey and the picnic but most of all for the wonderful music that has accompanied us all day...

... and slowly we bring our awareness back to the present ....
