I have with me a lady with gray curly hair, quite bent over - as if she had osTeoporosis just before she passed.

She is quite a stern looking lady and has a strong european accent. She is showing me dark clothes - layered - I interpret them as Hungarian? Eastern European I'm sure. She is a solidly built lady and is now showing me herself quite a bit younger with a crowd of happy, loud kids playing around her. She is very happy too.

She has many children and it is the middle girl this message is for. I need to do this in pictures because she does not speak english and I do not understand her - but we will get there...

She is showing me a rose with the most delicate pink petals - Rose is the name. This child was deeply loved and indeed was her mothers favourite - but that was rarely shown. She shows me the need to be stern as the children were growing up because there were so many and times were tough.

I am sensing terror and hearing bombs - there is war in this lady's home country. Her daughter (that this message is for) is now an older woman who is no longer in the war torn country but still has vivid memories of the fear but most of all she remembers how stern her mother was and cannot understand why her mother seemed to be so hard when there was fear and pain all around.

Your mother is showing me that there was so much love in her heart for you all that at times she felt she would explode. She needed to be harsh to keep you safe - that is all - her every action was about your safety, emotionally and physically.

She is showing me again the children playing happily and all of you - including your mother laughing. Remember the good times, remeber the fun and feel the love behind the harshness - it was there.

Your mother now is a much softer woman - without the fear and horror of having to protect her children from war - eventhough she could not protect you all - she is now at peace and is still protecting you.

She is showing me your heart - a blockage in one of the arteries - only small now and she is concerned about it because you are ignoring the warning signs and not looking after it.

I now have a pain in my chest - just a mild pain - a bit of a niggle - feels a bit like a muscle worked too hard or a mild indigestion. This is the sign you are ignoring.

DOCTOR! DOCTOR! she is saying. It is not immediately life threatening but you need to take care of it.

She is with you always - which you already know but not to worry - she closes her eyes when 'things a mother shouldn't know about her daughter' are going on... (Hehehe, she is a bit wicked,) a huge smile and a big wink!

"Enough now" she says and is gone.
