Hi guys,

When spirit say symbolically if you could see the world through our eyes, think about it, meditate on it, sense it, feel it, absorb the information & let it rise throughout your whole wellbeing.

Play some gentle music & for a moment, see the world through their eyes.. There is only love.. As challenging & frustrating as the world may seem at times, look at the world with a different set of eyes, look at the world with love & compassion, instead of looking at people from the shell (body), psychically open them up and see that beautiful shining bright spark of light that shines through all of us, that is our soul, we are all interconnected & come from the same source, god consciousness.

I am sure they have people in the spirit world who were opticians. I am also sure they have a great sense of humour and laugh at our human ego.

Trust, trusting in yourself & your abilities is a tricky one, yet without confidence in what you feel is right & resides within your means of your perception can you only then we trust in the process.


If we learn to pay more attention to our feelings & awareness then we will learn to communicate with the otherside with greater awareness & more confidence. If i had not paid attention to my surroundings at the time of my development, then i would no doubt have ended up in a straight jacket. It is not an easy ride & we have alot more emotional challenges than the average joe bloggs, but if we are to be a conduit for spirit, we have to experience the black hole as well as experience the white light.

The only way to learn is to experience.. I will leave you with these thoughts & there was abit of what is called automatic writing with the above.

Was that actually 'automatic' writing, where spirit take control of your hand and actually type the words for you, or was it 'inspired' writing?

I used to fill journals with inspired writing, but tend to just do it now with philosophy on my key board.

A bit of both i guess

With Automatic Writing, there is lots of greetings & dear one, words i didnt even knew exsisted. Inspired writing comes from my higher self. When i do automatic writing, do spirit take control of your fingers or hands, i dont know to be honest, i just get an urge to want to type & then before i know it two hours of past & i have no idea what i have written, so i have to re - read it. All philosophy.

Inspired writing is when i ask about myself, this is a tricky one as the ego likes to get involved, so you have to kick it out & yes i aware mostly of what i write. Now the above is my writing & yep cant write or spell!
