Hi everyone,
can i ask you all once again to help answer a question for me, why do so many mediums dry up for no reason.
i have a freind who is a medium she has worked for spirit most of her life. this lady has served church platforms, did private sittings and healing work and i think she is an excellent medium but for the last 2-3 years she has been complaining that she can no longer feel, hear or see spirit, she has tried asking the question why, waitting patiently for an answer, pleading cadjoling all to no avail the poor soul is beside herself and at the point of giving up which is so sad she has worked and dedicated her life to working with spirit and helping others and is a well respected medium.

so is there anyone out there with the answer what does she do stay or go. please help me to help her and help me to understnd why this happens to mediums. ps her health, personal life ect., is ok so why

i await the answer with baited breath thank you all i really do appreciate having people i can ask these questions of.
Incedentally this also happend to another freind of mine who gave up after 20 years how sad.

Sometimes this happens,Pebbles even with experienced mediums,we cannot force spirit to constantly be by our side.
I'm only a learner and have been for quite a while,but when my hubby was alive,I used to be frequently woken at night by spirit voices telling to wake up as my hubby was ill.
Now he is gone,it doesn't happen so much. I can go weeks before I feel that spirit is around.

Sorry for not getting back sooner.

I believe that there is a mass change in consciousness and a rising sea of people who wish to learn mediumship in its various forms. I even see a day when the metaphysical will be taught in mainstream Schools.

I also feel that the way mediumship is taught needs to change - there are many souls who wouldn't dream of walking into a Spiritualist Church, although I'm quick to say that I would never criticise the wonderful work of this movement.

What does all this have to do with the original question posted on this thread, I hear you ask?

I sense that the mediums in question, who are feeling abondoned by spirit after many years of service, are being groomed for a slight change of direction. My guidance (for what it's worth), is to completely let go of outcomes and surrender to spirit, before too long, it shall be made known to them, how they are to shine in service once more.

I don't believe for a nano second that spirit will cast them aside.

I realize that this post is controversial and may offend some. Take from it what you may and discard the rest.

Diane Rayfield

Student Readings
