hello i have a worrying question, i have been attending church for a while almost evreytime i see a demonstration i have a message and always get asked if im working with spirit this also happens when im private readings for myself,when i say no they say i should be ,the problem is i have aproached people within the church and seem to get blocked or fobbed off oh we wil take your number and get back to you and i really dont know why i want to help others as i was helped eight years ago.but seem to be stone walled at every turn could someone try and enlighten me im not angy but frustrated any advice apreciated

The Churches aren't the only option open to you, but you could start to meditate daily - sitting in the silence is a great way to strengthen your mind energy, raise your vibration and exercise discipline. These will all stand you in good stead.

Read as much as you can on mediumship and related topics. And why not attend the open circle at your church to see if you receive any impressions? If you attend regularly and show promise of sensitivity, then you may be invitied into a development circle.

If spirit want you to work for them, then a way will always be found.

I agree with Danny's excellent suggestion about open circle...then you will get to know some of the mediums and they might keep you in mind when a place in a closed circle comes up. Also you could asked if they know of anyone doing a private circle outside of the church.

Do you have any other churches around you hat you could test the waters with? Otherwise, you might just thave to wait until a opening comes up..I'd imagine that would be a very frustrating wait for you.

I don't have any around near me so it's DIY but you have a lot of ability there already so you could do well on your own.

Sorry to hear of your problems it is for that reason I set up my Group. I was told when I first started that if I wanted to see the devil go to a church. They were right. I have seen excellent new mediums totally destroyed and blocked by control freaks and ego boosters on church committees.I have seen backstabbing gossip and running people down. Is it any wonder some churches are empty now and people go off to the new age movement. It is true to say the more righteous church groups think they are the more unrighteous things they fail to see.

All of us with knowledge should pass it on to new people and help them. It is not a contest or race or who is better than who. Nor is it a secret how we do our work.

I am sorry for you longbow on behalf of the decent mediums and light workers and I hope you can find the help your need. We should all be one not a closed shop. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I no longer do rostrum work because I am fed up with church commitee attitudes. The final straw was someone that had plucked up courage came to the church for the first time I gave him a message he came up to thank me after the service and was pushed away by a committee member stating you cannot talk to the medium and told me to go for a cup of tea at the back of the church. These are the very people that need our help.

I help privately people that need help and teach new beginners at my centre so feel free to ask for help.
